1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Flei AI ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, and their representatives.

2. Description of Service

Flei AI provides an AI-powered video advertisement generation platform. Users submit product information, prompts, or URLs, and the platform generates video content using artificial intelligence. The Service operates on a credit-based system — credits are purchased and consumed per video generated.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per user. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payment

  • Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when videos are successfully generated.
  • Credits do not expire. There are no monthly subscription fees.
  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for credits already purchased, except where required by law or where a technical error on our part prevented video generation.
  • Failed generations due to platform errors will not result in credit deductions.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flei AI to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Infringe any intellectual property rights, including uploading images or product content you do not have rights to use.
  • Generate deepfakes of real individuals without their consent.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for spam, mass unsolicited advertising, or deceptive practices.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Content Ownership

Your inputs: You retain ownership of any product images, URLs, or prompts you submit.

Generated videos: Upon successful generation and credit deduction, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the generated videos for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including advertising.

Our rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated generation data to improve our models and service quality. We will not publicly display your specific videos without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Flei AI platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Flei AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or achieve any particular advertising result. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flei AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
